Why have I been de-registered?
The only way you can be de-registered from FCReports.com, is by de-registering yourself. Therefore you may have de-registered yourself inadvertently. If you would like to have your de-registration reversed, please contact us with details of your username and password. We will then re-activate your account, although this may take up to five working days.
How do I change my details/email address?
To change your details/email address at FCReports.com, you first need to logon using your current username and password. Once you have logged on, click on the Change my details link located towards the top right corner of the screen. All of your personal information will be displayed. You can then update the relevant details.
Why can't I register?
There may be many reasons why you are unable to register with FCReports. These include incompatibility with some Internet TV systems, the specification of your computer may not be suitable or there may be problems with your ISP or our server. Because there are so many reasons for the inability to register, we can only suggest that you may like to try to register at a later time.
How do I unsubscribe?
We hope you never want to unsubscribe from FCReports. However, if for any reason you want to unsubscribe, first log on, then click on the Change my details link located towards the top right corner of the screen, then click on the Click here if you want to de-register from FCReports.com link at the bottom of the page, you will now be able to un-subscribed from FCReports. As a result you will no longer be able to download the Reports & Accounts for listed companies in UK and will not receive further communication from us.
